Which countries do you ship to?

We are currently shipping within Canada.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature and safety of our products, we do not accept returns. All of our products are final sale. If there are any issues with your product, please contact us at hello@willowgrayne.com

How long until my order is completed?

Turn around times vary depending on season. Our current turn around time is approximately 3 weeks. It will be a longer turn around time during busier seasons, such as, Christmas. Please ensure you're allowing enough time for your order to be completed if you need it by a specific date.

How much is shipping?

We are happy to offer free shipping Canada-wide (excludes remote locations) on orders over $150. For orders under $150, there is a flat rate shipping charge of $25

Do my items come assembled?

If you are having your products delivered within London, or picking up from London, your products will come fully assembled. 
If you require shipping, the Pikler Triangles, Rockers, and Toddler Helper Stool all require assembly. To view how to assemble our products, video tutorials can be viewed under our 'videos' tab on our website.

I got my package, but it didn't come with instructions?

That's correct! As a way to save paper, as well as to make assembly easier, we created video assembly videos which can be viewed under our 'videos' tab directly on our website. This will allow customers to easily assemble our products.

I have a 4 year old and 1 year old. What size should I get?

We typically recommend our regular sized Pikler Triangle for ages 1-3 years, and our medium sized Pikler Triangle for 3-6 years. 
With that being said, it all depends on a few factors such as: which child is the triangle mainly going to be used by, budget, and space. The medium size takes up more floor space.
